We are a Mexican company from the food industry dedicated to produce ingredients derived from agave with the added value of being 100% organic.

With the support of Best Ground International, our company was founded in December 2010, inaugurated by the state governor at that time, our factory processed 80% of the 1000 hectares of agave in the state and had already assured these sales in the national and international market.

What We produce

 

We produce different kinds of agave ingredients such as sweeteners and fibers.

Sweeteners: Premium Agave Syrup, Raw Agave Syrup, Prebiotic Agave Syrup, Agave Sugar, among others. These are great sugar substitutes and healthier choices for your final product. Our sweeteners are functional organic ingredients which are an excellent solution for the companies looking for a healthier sugar substitute, with added nutritional value, less calories and sweeter.

Fibers: Powder Agave Inulin and Liquid Agave Inulin. This is a great soluble fiber that can be added to your final product. This fiber can add nutritional value on products belonging to the dairy, beverages and bakery industry mainly.

We are constantly developing varieties of our regular ingredients to meet the market needs, we offer solutions for the companies in need of a healthier product.

The company generated more than 120 jobs when it was founded, nowadays we employ more than 310 people and indirectly generate 3, 200 additional jobs.

We have 3 laboratories and one pilot plant, with the highest technology and specialized equipment,
in which we execute new processes and develop new solutions.

Our laboratory has the mission of evaluating the functionality of our ingredients, applied to prototypes of the finished product to facilitate our clients the process of new product development.

In this laboratory, the physical, chemical and microbiological parameters and the composition of our ingredients or finished product are analyzed to guarantee our clients that the design of a product meets the expected functionality and performance.

This facility helps us to evaluate on a simulated form and on a pilot scale, the processes of our clients; using our ingredients and different raw materials of common use on the market to our clients a practical, reliable and short term alternative that allows them to accelerate the new products development.

The evaluation of the organoleptic parameters (smell, taste, color, texture, acceptance level, etc.) in our ingredients, pilot prototypes and/or products in the market, is very important to ensure that a new product design meets the consumer expectations.
