Our fields

Best Ground knows the importance of working with sustainable agriculture. That is why we have developed working procedures that ensure the supply of agave and at the same time, contribute to preserve the natural resources of the region.

The result of this dynamic places our company with the possibility of long-term negotiations, as well as being environmentally friendly.

Production plants

These are where raw materials are transformed into our products, which meet the highest international quality standards. Within these production facilities, we employ more than 310 people and indirectly generate 3,200 additional jobs.

Our laboratory has the mission of evaluating the functionality of our ingredients, applied to prototypes of the finished product to facilitate our clients the process of new product development.

Analytical laboratory

 

In this laboratory, the physical, chemical and microbiological parameters and the composition of our ingredients or finished product are analyzed to guarantee our clients that the design of a product meets the expected functionality and performance.

Pilot scale plant

 

This facility helps us to evaluate on a simulated form and on a pilot scale, the processes of our clients; using our ingredients and different raw materials of common use on the market to our clients a practical, reliable and short term alternative that allows them to accelerate the new products development.

The evaluation of the organoleptic parameters (smell, taste, color, texture, acceptance level, etc.) in our ingredients, pilot prototypes and/or products in the market, is very important to ensure that a new product design meets the consumer expectations.
